Assemblymember Steve Bennett, Senator Limón and community partners came together for a Nonprofit Town Hall. Assemblymember Bennett distributed 100 bags for successful adoptions. Bags included emergency preparedness materials around pets, and species-specific toys and treats. Ventura County Animal Services reported 77 animals were adopted and taken home at the end of the event.
