My office alongside the team at Vitalant Donation Center will host a Blood Drive Event. Daily personal emergencies and ongoing medical needs of thousands of patients require a constant and ready blood supply. Lives depend on the blood stored in hospitals. If you're able, we encourage you to donate. Appointments are preferred.

Tips before donating blood:

• Hydrate: Drink water before donating.
• Eat: Have a healthy meal.
• Rest: Get a good night's sleep.
• Bring ID: Don't forget your photo ID.
• Dress Comfortably: Wear sleeves you can roll up.
