Assemblywoman Smith Hosts Second Wildfire Preparedness Town Hall in Santa Clarita

Assemblywoman Christy Smith (D-Santa Clarita), Chair of the Joint Legislative Committee on Emergency Management, will partner with the Los Angeles County Fire Department and Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department for a Wildfire Preparedness Town Hall Meeting in the Santa Clarita Valley. The event is the second in a series of forums across the 38th Assembly District to better prepare constituents for the challenges of California’s year-round wildfires.

Representatives from the California Department of Insurance will also discuss property recovery issues related to insurance and best practices in the event your home is affected by wildfire.
